Founded in 2002, GREENBLATT Properties LLC seeks out distressed properties, the ugly duckling of the neighborhood, and artistically transforms it into a swan.

Working closely with code officials and licensed tradesmen each property is evaluated on an individual basis.  Safety and structural repairs are made as required.  Then the fun starts. Aesthetic repairs are made for the transformation.  We make all improvements necessary to make the gem shine; no shortcuts.  Improvements have included, but are not limited to; kitchen cabinets, name-brand appliance packages, low profile commodes,  cultured marble sinks, Berber carpeting, asphalt paving, dimensional shingle roofs, dutch-lap vinyl siding, and landscaping.

Robert, a native of New York, spent his childhood watching his father improve his own home.  It was magical.  Robert often wondered what it must be like to have the vision required to make such a transformation.  As Robert grew older, he realized that he possessed these talents.

Robert graduated at the top of his class at the City University of New York with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.  And, in an effort to quench his thirst for knowledge, Robert went on to receive a Master's degree in Business Administration from Temple University's Fox School of Business Executive program. 

A strong believer in goal-setting and personal development, Robert holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching and has helped countless people reach goals they never thought possible. Robert is an active member of South Jersey Investors Club , an instructor/mentor/motivational speaker at the American Real Estate Investors Institute and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's license with Keller Williams and consistently helps people with all their real estate needs.  His professional career has included management positions with large organizations where he led teams with a commitment to total quality management.
